The Airport is rolling out their VC Fly Friendly program.
On September 13, the Oxnard Airport held a Fly Friendly Forum where 35 flight schools were invited to be educated on the recommended fly friendly flight patterns. Eight local flight schools attended.
With some improvement in the frequency of Touch and Go’s flying directly over homes, we must continue to be vigilant. There is still a long way to go before our communities are ensured the safety and well being deserved.
